Catching up on a few missed connections from the last few weeks and it looks like RSTB favorites Josie have offered up a new single for the always sterling Precious Recordings of London. Like their album from last year, “Oh Boy!” is a jangled jolt of joy. The band anchors the cut to a cradle of bass, tangling guitars and volleyed vocals over the top. Saturated in sun, sweetly stung by summer breezes, and laced with the kind of twee charms that endeared them to listeners on their recent LP, the cut sits top the A-side of a new 7” that’s begging for repeat listens.
