Moby Beefheart – ” Again Is On My Own”

A new track this week from Moby Beefheart feels like a bonus on the year-end contender from Beefheart & McQuinn. Soft strums still prevail and this one is for the meditative folk heads who are winding their way through Drake, Martyn, Sill, and Dalton as they wait for those Autumn leaves to start falling. There’s definitely a hint of chill in the air on “Again Is On My Own.” It’s a lonesome anthem built for wandering around while the sun works its way towards the ground. The new single is out now on its own, but if you’re a fan of what Murray has done solo in the past or in tandem with Winter McQuinn, this one should be on your list.
